Objectives and range of the Privacy policy
By this Privacy policy we, Gruenpharma Ltd declare that we respect the privacy of your personal data and shall protect it by all means available.

All definitions used are identical in meaning under Regulation 2016/679 (EU)

Principles of processing personal data
We respect and follow all principles of processing personal data as stipulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject (‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’);
collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall, in accordance with Article 89(1), not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes (‘purpose limitation’);
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (‘data minimisation’);
accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay (‘accuracy’);

Categories of personal data we process

• Personal information such as name, Personal Identification Number (PIN), date of birth, sex/gender;
• Contact information such as mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers;
• Bank information such as credit/debit card numbers in relation to a specified deal or series of deals;
• Technical information such as those generated pursuant to using our website or integrated applications plug-ins, etc;
• Information related to materials and communication received by you or sent to you via e-communication.

Processing special categories of personal data („sensitive data“)

We do not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. In case such data is received, it is immediately deleted.

Such data is processed for the purpose of communication, purchase communication exchange and obtaining information of the offered products.

In relation to concluding and execution of contracts

• For the purposes of direct marketing of goods and services offered by us or persons related to us. Direct marketing may be performed by phone calls, sending mail or short messaging, i.e. in case you subscribe tour newsletter or explicitly give consent to receive promotional offers. In such cases we may ask you to provide personal data such as full name, phone number, e-mail address or other relevant information.

We collect your personal data in our capacity of employer, for the purpose of recruiting personnel and for performing our obligations related to:
– Collecting and considering CVs of applicants for job positions with our company. Such personal data is provided voluntarily by the applicants. The applicants, at their discretion, provide their personal data in the CV or a motivation letter. The data is processed within a month pursuant to expiring the recruitment period. The recruitment period expires by concluding a labour contract with the selected applicant and the relevant personal data, legally required, is collected by them. The data is processed for the purpose of executing the labour contract by the Collector in his capacity of Employer. After the selection of applicants, the personal data is deleted or returned to the applicant, as legally stipulated.
– For the purposes of social security of employees and subcontractors, including liabilities under the Social Security Code, Health Security Code and legislation pertaining to taxation of natural persons or the relevant legislation in other EU member states.
In our capacity of a counterparty to various commercial agreements we collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
• Legitimate accounting of economic activities we are involved in, including taxation of deal on goods and services;
• Duties to cooperate with the competent authorities in the process of executed checks and inspections and in all cases when the authorities perform their supervisory powers as stipulated by the law;
• Involvement in law suits and the related judicial procedures in the capacity of a party or a third liable party, as in the case of liability to provide information and data relevant to deliberating a law case.

Terms of storing the personal data

We process your personal data within the terms legally stipulated by Bulgarian legislation in the powers of the supervisory authorities and within the time limits of the of the purposes for which they are collected. After completion of the purposes and expiry of the legally stipulated interest or basis for processing the personal data (i.e. after retreating the consent for processing specific data), we shall delete it without undue delay.
Criteria on the basis of which the term of storing personal data is determined are:
(а) the period of maintaining commercial relations with the clients and of providing goods and services;
(б) the terms of storing personal data stipulated by the relevant legislation;
(в) the period necessary for storing personal data in relation to our involvement and protection of our rights and legitimate interests in judicial and administrative procedures and the expiry of the relevant limitation periods. Personal data for which there is no express legal or supervisory duty for storing shall be deleted after completing the purposes of its collection.
Mandatory and voluntary nature of providing personal data

The collection of personal data is determined by and serves the purposes of completing your order. Personal data required is reduced to the minimum, following the “need-to-know” principle. Providing personal data is voluntary. In case you decline to provide the necessary personal data, we may not be able to provide the products chosen by you.

Our company, in its capacity of Processor of personal data, might provide information to third parties in performing our legal duties or in protecting our legitimate interests. Third parties include:
